The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert regarding light rain in Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, and Sikkim within the next 7 days. From the night of February 18 to February 20, a new western disturbance will probably arrive in the west of Himalayan areas and adjacent plains, whose strength will be greatest on February 19 and 20. Alert states on snowfall
