Jammu Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) is still closed at Hingni, Gangroo, Kishtwari Pather, Mom Passi, and Mehar due to shooting stones and at Cafeteria, Dalwas due to mudslides. Restoration work is going on. We advise commuters to avoid travelling on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) until the restoration work concludes. After assessing the road condition and getting a green signal from road maintenance agencies, decisions regarding vehicular movement on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) shall be taken tomorrow.

Kishtwar-Sinthan-Anantnag NH-244:
Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kokernag’s advisory order No. SDM/KNG/2024-25/3139-45, dated 16-01-2025, has closed the Kishtwar-Sinthan-Anantnag road for vehicular movement.
SSG ROAD: –
Snow accumulation has kept the Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari Road closed.
Mughal Road: –
Due to snow accumulation, District Magistrate Poonch’s order No. DMP/JC/7273-92 dated 18-01-2025 closes Mughal Road to vehicular traffic.
Bhaderwah-Chamba Road:
Bhaderwah-Chamba Road is still closed due to snow accumulation.
